Being selective is very important when deciding to engage a firm.
It is about understanding yourself and your needs, assessing all available options and making clearly thought-out choices. Because we only want to work with clients for whom we can add significant value and really make a difference, we encourage any prospective clients to really take the time to get to know us, how we work and what we have to offer, to ensure that we can make a positive contribution to their business life. We love to answer questions and encourage full discussion of any issues that come to mind.
We never approach meeting prospective clients from the point of view of simply winning their business, but instead with the desire to figure out what they really want and need and then determining if we can provide that for them. If we can meet those needs, the rest tends to take care of itself; if not, we can often provide referrals to other firms or professionals we think might be better suited to providing those solutions.
From our firm’s perspective, we are selective not only in who we work for but also who works with us. We take the time to really get to know prospective clients to ensure that we only work for those who we feel are a good fit for our style of practice.
Our satisfaction comes from adding value and making a difference, and as such we make it our goal to focus our efforts on working with clients where we can best achieve those objectives.
We are equally selective in who we invite to join our team to ensure that those we work with are able to perform to our standard and are comfortable doing so. From our perspective, there is no greater satisfaction than seeing a happy and motivated team working to support an appreciative client who is seeing positive results from the service provided, and we employ our selectivity to help ensure each relationship unfolds in just that way.
