Under this model, our team integrates into your company at an upper management level, proactively taking part in creating and driving policy and process and helping to craft and implement short- and long-term corporate objectives.
These engagements vary widely, from project-based engagements such as the oversight and execution of a capital raise or the management of a corporate reorganization or acquisition, to ongoing engagements such as the creation and implementation of multi-year corporate growth strategies.
Our goal with this type of engagement is to deploy our AIM to help management define and then create the future of the company.
